Hell to the King Pt. 18: ‘The Lawnmower Man’ (1992) — Cinesthesia

Day 18: A new hell

Despite Jason’s adamant protests, Jim drags the boys to a new kind of hell in The Lawnmower Man (1992), a movie that isn’t actually based on a Stephen King story? But this isn’t another Devil’s Gift scenario — this movie is a gift from a Cyber God. Joining the boys is Jason’s father, Jem Michelitch, who was just trying to visit with his grandson, but Jason made him watch this movie instead. Families are overrated! Emotions are for the weak! WE WILL ALL BECOME GODS IN THE NEW REALM OF CYBERSPACE!
